HIRE. PURCHASE ABUSED. v ßy Telegraph—Press Association). MASTERTON, Jan. 20. Harold Edmund McCutcheon, aged 22, pleaded guilty at the Magistrate’s Court this harming to the theft of a motor-eyole valued at £57 10s. It was purchasej;l at New Plymouth' under hire purchase agreement and sold by him at Auckland while an amount of £34 was still owing on the cycle. He was admitted to probation foi 12 months.
