In a match for the Reynolds Badges,. ’ plaed on the Greymouth Green last. Saturday, the home chib was successI ful in retaining the badges by one point ,after an exciting and ; most interesting contest with the Runanga f Club. The Greymouth Bowling Club are sending to Hokitika on Saturday next, a team of five rinks, and a colts rink,, to play Hokitika for the Reynolds! Badges, at present held by the Grey Club. N. Z. TOURNAMENT. (By Telegraph—Per Press Associatibn.V, —"• v DUNEDIN, January 18. The New Zealand Bowling Tburnitinent was favoured with splendid weather to-day, when the annual tournament was continued. The '*day was devoted to the Rinks Oo repetition, with which good progress was made. As the result of time lost, ejach game was confined to 21 heads, /instead of 25. and a time limit of ,three hours was fixed. Three rounds 'were got off during the day, out of/ eight to be played.
