DISASTROUS FLOODS
BRISBANE, January 17
Heavy rains in the north western parts of the State are causing floods in Cloncurry district. Railway services to Mt. Isa are disorganised, the water being three feet over the rails. A bridge over Corella creek is submrged. The drought areas received light falls.
