DUNEDIN ARRIVES
TAKING PRECAUTIONS.
TJj Telegraph—Per Press Association.) APIA, January 13. A proclamation under Saturday’s order in council was issued to-day. It declares the Mnu a seditious organisation. •
The warship Dunedin arrived yesterday carrying a seaplane and further police.
A wireless post has been established at Mulifanua twenty four miles from Apia. Parties landed to-day and proceeded westward to Saliemoa, eleven miles, where a majority of the Mnu are believed to he located.
Police posts at * Apia, Bulumaega, and Mulifanua have been reinforced by marines.
