APIA, Jan. 12,

An Order-in-Council dated Wellington, January lltli, was gazetted at Apia to-day. It gives the Administration power to proclaim Man sedition conduct meetings, and forbids persons to attend meetings of the organisation or otherwise identify themselves with it. A further proclamation is issued restricting the operation of the Man and the prohibition of the carrying of any weapon over practically all the north coast of Upolu. There is no sign of the Samoans wanted bv the Court who were required to surrender to-day. |
