The Timara Trotting Club’s summer meeting was held on .Saturday in dull, but fine, weather. There was a good attendance. The track was fast. The tote handled £19,518 against £17,417£ on the corresponding day last year. Claremont Handicap.—(3) White Satin 1, (2) Saka Bona 2, (4) Robert Todd 3. Won by two lengths; twelve lengths. Time 3.41. Improvers’ Handicap.—(2) Pink Sugar 1, (12) Le Thorpe 2, Silverwood 3. Won by a long neck; two lengths. Time 3.31 2-5. President’s Handicap.—(2) Grand Light. 1, (6) Omaha 2, (8) Hector’s Own 3. Won by a neck; three lengths. Time 4.35 1-5. Revels Handicap.—(2) Mignonue 1, (8) Firebrand 2, (7) Grace Huon 3. Won by two lengths; three lengths. Time 3.31.
