MELBOURNE, January 10
Sloan Morpeth has arrived at Aokleigli and has taken up his duties as manager of the Commonwealth Golf Club. Club officials gave him a cordial welcome. Morpeth replying to felications assured the officials that his transferrence to Australia had not caused ill-feeling in New Zealand as alleged. On the contrary he brought with him the best wishes of the golfers in his homeland.
