RECOGNITION OF SOVIET
(United Press Aesociation —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). I.ONDON, Jan. 9. I is understood the Dominions are extremely reticient regarding the recoghition of the Soviet, with the exception of Canada, which like the United States is undisguisediy unsympathetic. Foreign or Dominion officials will not confirm or deny these reports. The attitude of Australia or of New Zealand is not at present disclosed in England, and a high authority expressed the opinion the Dominions generally are emulating “bvear rabbit, by lying low and saying miffin'. ”
