ANOTHER FLIGHIV [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] LONDON, Jan. 7. Sir H. Wilkins, in a wireless message from Deception Island, says: “We have, practically completed arrangements to continue explorations westward of our recent discoveries. Scoresby leaves to-morrow to refuel and load provisions. Our further success depends largely upon the condition of the pack icc, which, in December, prevented us irom getting within IbO miles of the shore, southward of our, position. The ship was unable to penetrate, and also tlie seaplane was unable to take off tlie land.”
