BERLIN RIOT. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright]. /Received this dav at 12.25. p.m.) BERLIN, Jan. 7. The long procession of Communists at the funeral of a suburban comrade murdered by Fascists, carried a banner inscribed, “Vengeance for murdered comrade.” The police intervened to confiscate the banner. The police allege the Communists opened fire and they replied in self-defence wounding several rioters. Two policemen were wounded and one was stabbed. Seven riot leaders were arrested and the remainder reformed the procession.
