A YOUTH’S SUICIDE
[By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 6. The inquest was concluded to-day into the death of Richard Daniel Duller, aged 17 years, who was found in a state of collapse on Riccarton Road on November 29th. and died at Christchurch Hospital. Duder came from England on November 3rd. to take a course at Canterbury Agricultural College, but, as he was not to lie enrolled till this year he was allowed inside the College in the meantime provided that he worked in order to gain experience. On November 29th ne informed the Director that he did not like the life and was given permission to come into Christchurch to send a cablegram, to his mother. That evening he was found as stated. Though quite conscious lie refused to say anything. Evidence was given to-day that Duder hall obtained poison from the veterinary surgeon’s laboratory at the College. A verdict bf death from poison self administered was returned.
