A working committee of Indian National Congress passed a i evolution defining the Swaraj as independence and separation from Great Britain. The committee is demanding, under Gatidi, his influence, to boycott Legislatures, courts and schools, in other words to return to the d .sastrous policy followed at the time of the Prince of Wales’ visit. In the meantime, behind the scenes Congressmen are wrangling fiercely and by a narrow majority the committee passed a resolution deploring the bomb outrage and congratulating the Viceroy on his escape. THE NEW GOVERNOR, (Received this dav at 8 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 28. Lord Bledisloe’s first official New Zealand engagement will he on Jan. Ist. when he participates in the first performance of the full Wellington carillon in Hj'cle Park.
