FRED SMITH’S DANCE ORCHESTRA

Another success was meted out to Fred Smith and his excellent orchestra last evening when a large crowd a/, tendi *; the K.S.A. Hall. Encores were numerous and the orchestra played all the latest numbers in a pleasing manner. Alcssrs Flovd and Hughes again were- a lea two as also the vocalising of choruses by Mr Anton Low. Next Monday evening the band will play at Woodstock and another enjoyable evening is promised.A grand ball is being held next Tuesday evening. New Year’s Eve, after which the orchestra will go south visiting Waiho, Alataiuui and Ilarihari in turn.
