Le Brix and Rossi, telegraphing from -tioulinom, state that tiiey were compelled to leap from their aeroplane witn paraenuies, owing to the bad weaiiiei, and landed on a mountain side. Rossi was slightly hurt. Le Brix wsa uninjured. The ’plane and the mails were destroyed. INDIAN Air MAIL. EXTENSION TO DELHI. RUGBY, December 24. The Secretary for India stated in tlie House of Commons that the Karachi and 1 Delhi air mail would be inaugurated in connection with the air mail wtiicli would arrive at Karachi from London on December 28th. PLOT ALLEGED. DISCOVERY BY POLICE AT BRUSSELS. BRUSSELS, December 24. The police have discovered a plot against the Belgian Royal Family They have arrested an Italian who arrived at Brussels last week and who is alleged to be a member of an antiFascist organisation. The police believe that an attempt to assassinate a member of the Royal Family has been planned on the occasion of their departure for Rome in the first week of January to attend the marriage of Prince Umberto to Princess Marie Jose. Other arrests are expected.
