N.S.W. CHAMPIONSHIPS. (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, December 22. The annual rowing and sculling championships of New South Wales were held -for the first time- on the Nepean River yesterday. Results:— Champion eight: Mosman crew (holders of the title) Ist; Sydney crew 2nd; Leichardt crew ,3rd. There was a dazzling finish. Mosman won by only a quarter of a length. Challenge fours, one mile.—Nepean crew Ist; Mosman 2nd. Won by two lengths. Champion sculls, three miles.—H. R. Pearce (Olympic champion) 1. Won by eight lengths from J. A. Goulding. Time 20.30 1-5. Lightweight champion sculls, 1 two miles.—B. Martin Ist; J. Fisher 2nd. Won bv two lengths.
