NELSON SECURES DRAW. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) NELSON, Dee. 21. In the cricket match, Nelson v. the English, team,, Nelson’s first innings closed for 142. The last five wickets added eleven runs only. Barratt was the best bowler, taking for for 28, all taken to-day. England declared with six wickets down for 242. Duleepsinliji made 127, Dawson 62, and Barratt (not out) 29. The Indian played excellciity, with one chance only at 80. Nelson’s second innings produced 83 for six wickets. The match was drawn.
