AN OIL AGREEMENT. (United Press Association.—By Electrio Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 8 a.m.) WELTEVREDEN, Dec. 20. A Jalpaneso paper discloses that the Dutch East Indian Government and Mitsui concern are about to sign an agreement for the exploitation of Borneo oilfield. The British Government has approached the Holland Government to obtain a postponement of the signing of the agreement for discussion about the desirahilitv of Japanese settling on ihe oilfields of the Borneo coast. AN AGREEMENT. , LONDON, Dec, 20. It is announced that a mutually fair and satisfactory agreement has been reached betweeen Britain and Germany bn the subject of ex-German property sequestrated here as a result of the war.
