(United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). DROPPED DEAD. LONDON, Dec. 18. Obituary.—The financier, Richard Tildcn Smith. He dropped dead in the House of Commons. LONDON, Dec. 18. Til den Smith visited the Commons to confer on the Coal Bill with the Commoner. Lambert. He was leaving the luncheon room when he collapsed. Two members of the Commoners, who are Doctors, J. Williams and J. Jones, were immediately called and pronounced him dead.
