VICTORIAN ELECTIONS. (Australian Press ’ Association) (Received this day at 8 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 7. The Victorian Elections are still incomplete. Labour, however, lias won another seat, Castlem'aine, from the Nationalists,, giving Labour thirty seats in a House of sixty-five. OVERSEA MARKETING. CANBERRA, Dec. 6. The Minister of Hon Air Fenton, who is going to England, will discuss with the British Government plans for the marketing of Australian exports in Great Britain. He hopes to greatly develop the marketing pioposnls. He will also be an uucompiomising opponent of Free Trade.
