AA’e.ather permitting the match between Hokitika and Greymouth Clubs, postponed from hist week, will be played at Greymouth to-morrow afternoon. Travel conditions will bo the same as those arranged for last week., ANNUAL AVEST COAST TOURN A AIENT. / ■At a meeting of the Committee held at AA’estport on Afonday to mako tivr.angemcnts for .the annual AVest Coast bowling tournament, to be hel(s at Westport next year, there were present, Alessrs A. Morley, P. A. Strothers, A. W. Stevens, Ryan, J. Aherne, F. Morgan, F. Blaxall, H. S. Batchelor (assistant-secretary), Hansby (Sergeant’s Hill Club). Air H. S. Batchelor was appointed tournament umpire and Mr G. Al. Powell secretary. It was resolved:— That the tournament consist of rinks and pairs. (The champion singles player of each club will also compete for the AVest Coast championship). That the prizes and entry fees be the same as for the tournament at Hokitika last year. That the opening day be Alonday, February 10th to continue for rinks and pairs to the 14th inclusive. (The singles and finals to be played subsequently.) i That enti'ies close oh the 11th January. That the games be played on Westport and country greens alternately, the finals to be played on Westport green. That the president, Messrs Ryan and J. Aherne collaborate with the Grounds Committee to have the green as fit as possible and that Messrs ATorley and Alorgan act in the same* egraeity 'with regiyrd to Alillertott. green.
