An Italian, who previously had been confined to a lunatic asylum, ran amok at Saint Louis Durhone. He. rushed to the police station and shot a policeman dead. Returning, then to the street, he killed a Sergeant of the Foreign Legion, and wounded seven others. Republican guard pursued, the. lunatic in a car, and fired, wounding him, but before he could make an arrest of him, a crowd had seized and lynched the madman.
