CHINESE ACCEPT TERMS

LONDON, Nov. 27
v The “Times’ ” Riga correspondent states: The Soviet announces the conclusion of a truce with the Manchurian Government, which has accented the Soviet’s conditions.
The negotiations for the truce were Regan on November 21st. by the Mukden Government’s emissaries, who crossed the lines at Pogranichnaya.
The “Daily News” Moscow correspondent says that the Soviet’s conditions were as follows:—A return to the status quo ante; the reinstatement of M. Pemshanoff and Eismont as Manager and Assistant Manager respectively of the Chinese Eastern Railway. The release of the arrested Soviet citizens.
M. Litvinoff (Sovet Foreign Minister) has cabled to Mukden, proposing a. preliminary meeting at Ha bn rov.sk. to discuss the place and the date of a Peace Conference.
