ACCIDENT LEADS TO HUSBAND’S
SUICIDE

CHRISTCHURCH, November 28
The contention that her husband’s suicide was the outcome of an accident sustained during his employment by the Railway Department was the basis of a claim for £750 compensation heard at the Arbitration Court to-day. It was alleged by the suppliant, Margaret Taylor, that her husband became insane as the result of an accident in which lie was knocked down by a truck', ; suffering severe injuries," which were the - cause of his insanity."
