LONDON, Nov. 27

In the case in which Sir James Heath repudiated one of the debts for £239 for gowns supplied by a West End Court dressmaking firm to liis wife, Lady Heath, the aviatrix, Sir James won the action.

The Judge held that Lady Heath had an ample allowance. The Judge ordered her to pay the bill, and also the costs.
