ALLEY BEATS WALKER

PALMERSTON NORTH, Nov. 27
In a strenuous and well-contested contest, which went the full distance, Tom Alley (U.S.A.) defeated George : Walker (Canada) on points in the last round. Walker secured the first fall in the third round, but Alley made the points even with a submission fall in tjje seventh. Alley was the fresher of the two, and won the last round and tire contest on his aggressiveness; 1 1
