Telegraph.—-Copyright..) ;, .(-Received this day. at 9.40 a.m.), OTTAWA, Nov. ,26.., Five thousand Mennonites, now in Russia, are seeking refuge in- Canada, but will not be admitted during the winter, according to an announcement by the Minister of Immigration and Colonisation, Mr Forke. He intimated there was a possibility of refugees being admitted in the spring when the conditions were .more favourable.
