For the second time in the week, the city of Sofia is on strike against the reparation demands. All the ifnctories and shops and banks closed for three and a-luilf hours, Crowds of the people demonstrated in front of the Foreign Legations against the Allies’ demands of half a million sterling yearly from Bulgaria for 38 years, whereas Bulgaria herself offers £400,030 a year conditional on there being a five years' moratorium.
