INVERCARGILL, Nov. 22

Justice Kennedy sentenced David Neilson Johnston, New Zealand’s representative of Quarterly Dividends to three months hard labour concurrently on each of six charges, of obtaining money under false-pretences. His Honour said the accused had been representative of two companies whose tricky and deceptive system was a mere fraudulent bubble.
