WELLINGTON, Nov. 20

An optimistic note is sounded in the bulletin issued to-day concerning the health of the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon Sir Joseph Ward. ■ It was announced that Sir- Joseph Ward was now making excellent progress towards recovery, and that he expected to lie up and about again within a few days. It was stated to be his intention to take up his residence at Heretauuga as soon as possible.
