BERLIN,' Nov, 19.
It is learned from Moscow that in 'consequence of the refusal of the Ger-:man-born; peasants camped near Moscow (as cabled on November Bth.) to :return to their farms, the Russian authorities are deporting two thousand of them to Siberia, on the ground that the sanitary conditions of their encampment make it impossible for them to remain longer.
The German Government has placed a sum of money at the disposal of a ■ Commission to arrange for their transport to Germany, pending their m:•gration to Canada, but the Soviet say ■fthat they cannot wait, and that these peasants must go from Moscow.
