AN,AERIAL SUICIDE

Telegraph—Copy right). NEW YORK, November 11. America’s first aerial suicide occurred when Ruth Rockwell, aged 20 years, paid a pilot at Roosevelt Field five dolars for a ticket. She then leapt to death tfrom a height of two thousand feet. A note was found in her purse, which blamed her futile and discordant life for the act. , . STOCK EXCHANGE. (Received this dav at noon.) The Chicago wheat market went thrpugk an erratic, session to-day. Prices . dropped shandy and then rose a. few. points to fall again towards the close. The met losses for the day were over six sents on all deliveries. The < contributory factors were demoralised by foreign trade and stock slump. Wheat closed December 112Jcents, March 120 cents, May , 124 cents. ,
