AUTHOR ARRESTED. (Received tin’s dav at 9.40 a.m.) BERLIN, November 8. Tbo German author and dramatist, Peter Martin Lampel, who wrote plays entitled “ Poison Gas Over Berlin,“ ami “Retolt in Borstal Institutes” has been arrested and charged with being implicated in a murder committed several years ago by the Black Reiehswehr, of which he is an oxmember.
