BERLIN, Nov. 8. The newspaper “Tagleblatt’’ states:

Four thousand more fugitive peasants,

of German blood, have arrived at , Moscow, from, all parts of Russia, these raising the number who are encamp- . ed round the city to ten thousand. Canada does not want'so many Germans. The German Government is now considering offering them a permanent sanctuary in the sparsely populated districts in east Prussia.
