Air Justice Alaegregor said that it was a. main doctrine 1 of law that an a.gent .could not ,delegate authority without instructions. ’l'llis was quite clear. There was no evidence to show that the driver was a servant or agent of, tlie company. The plaintiff bad not proved that there was any case to go before a jury, lie regretted the result, for more than one reason, and especiallv in view of the plaintiff’s injuries.
