At the end of the fourth round it was apparent tiiere was some mutual understanding between the boxers in relation to tbe manner in which they intended to conduct the contest. Early, in the fifth round I made it known in certain terms, my opinion of thein tactics and warned them ife there was not' a considerable improvetrain t, both would be disqualifiedThere, was: a momentary improvement ■tint’ then '’ both' resumed their former tactics. They were therefore disqualk bed early in the "seventh round.
