TRAINS COLLIDE
Xif A DOUBLE ACCIDENT. '(Australian Press Association) i (Received this'day at 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, October 30. Three goods trains • were involved in a collision near G'olecliffe on the south coast lime. .The, driver and fireman of the .train which was travelling on the up line, were seriously injured when the engine overturned, after crashing into trucks b ing across the line. it appears that two trains collided on the down line amd derailed the. trucks, which blocked the up line. No one was injured but a few minutes later the .up train crashed into the obstruction. .Drivel* Laws .and Fireman Foster were released from the box of the engine with -difficulty. .
