AGFHAN ATROCITIES. (Received this day at noon.) LONDON, Oct, 23. The “Daily Mail’s” Peshawar correspondent states that protest meetings were held at Kabiil condemning Habibullah’s cruelties. It has now been established that Ali Ahmedi, Amanullah’s brother-in-law, was blown to pieces from a gun and hundreds of people were killed secretly within the citadel. Some were dismembered and hanged downwards. Many were dragged behind fast moving cars and prisoners were killed wholesale.
