BERLIN WOAIAN SUSPECTED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright;. BERLIN, October 23. How long ago it was that the Italian Embassy’s secret code was stolen is not known. It is only known that Italy discovered that her secrets were reaching foreign Powers. It is reported that enormous sums have been spent, without result, in endeavouring to trace the theft. Naturally', romantic stories are being woven round the mystery. According to one story, suspicion rests on a fascinating, blonde woman, who is prominent in Berlin society this sum*|er.
