YOUTHS CHARGED. [By Telegraph, Per Press Association.} CHRISTCHURCH, October 22. Charged on four counts with breaking, entering and theft, and with being found by night in enclosed . premises in Papanui Road, James lf„ndland .fcaderso j, a.gud <lB, and Maurice Hamilton Gregory, aged ,17, appeared at Court this meriting. In +V’c case the police alleged that when arrested the accused had their shoes off. Anderson had an electric torch and Gregory had an automatic pistol with one live, cartridge in it, a sandbag and motor car tyre lever. They also had pieces of iblack cloth which might have been used as masks. When the Court resumed this afternoon Anderson and Gregory were remanded for a week.
