The King has approved of the appointment of Mr Cecil Francis Dormer, Counsellor in his Majesty’s Diplomatic Service, to be. Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Bangkok (Siam). The King has also approved of the appointment of Mr Reginald Harvey Hoare, Counsellor in his Majesty’s Diplomatic Service, to be Minister Plenipotentiary whilst employed in the Residency at Cario.
