The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, with a northerly tendency prevailing and gradually freshening. Fair to cloudy weather is to be expected, with some scattered showers and mild temperatures. The barometer is unsteady and later will fall slowly. Seas and tides moderate, but both increasing.
