ANNEAL MEETING. The annual meeting of members of the Hokitika Poultry Society was held in trie Public Library on Thursday evening, 18th, Mr J. C. Taylor being in the chair. There .were also present: Messrs 11. Herring, AY. Hall, C. Hart, E. Findlay, Theo. Lynch, F. Groufsky, .1. Breeze, junr., J. .T. Morgan, Mclntyre, I). Diodrich, D. Ballinger, Slhroder and tSoore'tary. A-n apology was received on behalf of Mr J. J. Breeze Sonr. * The balance /sheet, which showed a credit balance of £2O 8s 4d was read and approved subject to the audit. Votes of thanks were passed to the citizens who liberally gave, donations to the Society.
