THE COAL LOCK-OUT. . (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, October 16. Mr E. G. Theodore (Federal Labour M.P.) to-day met the representatives of coal owners, and discussed with them the coal fields' deadlock. The outcome of the conference was not divulged.
