N.S.W. FLOODS
FLOOD RECEDING. TWO LIVES LOST. (Australian Press Association). (Received this day at 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, October 16. After reaching a critical level the flood waters of the Havvkesbury have commenced to recede. Farmers esti mate the losses to crops at £25,000. The floods have taken two lives, ’flie body of a boy of three years was recovered by the police- in ten feet of water at Tenterfield and the body of a man from a creek near Villawood. A landslide occurred on the south coast line and railway traffic is suspended.
