GERMAN SENSATION. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.; (Received this dav at 1.0 p.m.) BERLIN, October 14. A sensation has been caused by the publication of the “Lokal Ansseiger” of an article ostensibly written by General Von Seekkt urg.ng, the reorganisation of the espionage service and quoting an anonymousBritish expert on the next war. He proceeds to urge penetration into adversaries, chemical and munition industries so as to be able to blot them out with bombs in war time.
Von Seekt indignantly denies the authorship of the article and the police are trying to trace the former.
