ARABS TO STRIKE. AGAINST NEW REGULATIONS United Press Association—By Elecv«ir Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, Oet. 13. The “Daily Mail’s” special Palestine coiTespondent states: “The Arab Congress to-day decided to plunge Palestine into a general strike on Wednesday, as a protest against the new Regulations for Jewish worship at the Wailing Wall. The Arabs allege that these regulations convert the holy place Buraqu Shariff into an open synagogue. The general strike will affect the whole of Palestine.
