BRIDGE COLLAPSES
RATTLE TRAIN CRASHES. (Australian Press Association) (Received this day at 9.25 a.m.) MELBOURNE. Oct. 9. A message from Cloncurrv states that owing to the collapse of a bridge over a water course eight trucks of a mixed train crashed into the creek with the result that eighty cattle were killed and others maimed. All trains on the Townsville line were delayed.
