The Foreign Minister has been appraised that Costes and Rellioent safely landed on September 29th at Taitaikaliar, north-east of Harbin, Manchuria. t MOSCOW, October 7. It is definitely established that Costes 'crossed the Chinese frontier Manchuriwards on 29th September. The search of Soviet territory is therefore discontinued.
