MOTOR CAR HITS POLES. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Sept. 26. 1 A Studebaker car collided with and brought down an electric light pole at Normanby car terminus shortly after nine to-night, and then struck a pole carrying an overhead tram wire. The car was badly damaged by the collision, and the wiring was slightly damaged by fire. The brigade was called out and the blaze was speedily extinguished.
