There was, however, a slight weakening in gilt edged, and some industrials, though rubber shares remained steady, despite raw commodity declining a farthing. LONDON, Sept. 26. Scandinavian bank rates have been raised following the London announcemen. Danish and Swedish to five and a half per cent, and Norwegian to six per cent.
